The provision of resources to un-served communities is only the first step towards the true development of such communities. The provision of resources unsupported by ancillary Entrepreneurship Empowerment (EE) would prove to be a futile exercise in vain. These empowerment services provide collaborators/entrepreneurs with the skills they require to ensure effective development and poverty alleviation. A&A provides collaborators with entrepreneur empowerment services so that they may reap the full benefit of the resources and raw materials they receive and to assist them in becoming self-sustained in all aspects of life.
